SABAKU FARMS
Chimayó New Mexico

ABOUT US
Welcome to Sabaku Farm, where fresh seasonal flowers, regional produce and the beauty of New Mexico’s landscape come together to cultivate a unique agricultural experience.
Honoring my Japanese heritage, "Sabaku," meaning "Desert" in Japanese, reflects the connection to the stunning surroundings of Chimayó, nestled in a valley downstream from the Santa Cruz reservoir. Here, the stark beauty of the desert badlands meets the lush shade of old-growth cottonwoods, nourished by the life-giving waters of the Santa Cruz river and our local acequias.
Founded in June 2024, we are dedicated to growing a diverse array of fresh produce and vibrant cut flowers. You can find our harvest at local farmers markets or enjoy direct delivery through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, designed to bring the freshest flowers and flavors straight to your table.
At Sabaku Farm, we’re excited to dig our hands into the soil, nurturing roots that support not just our family, but our friends and the greater community. Join us on this journey of growth and discovery as we cultivate both the land and connections that nourish us all.
